Durable Medical Services Representatives provide customer service to clients and referral sources, conducts over-the-counter sales, prepares paperwork for processing, and monitors department supplies. Requirement: HS Diploma Hours: 8:30am-5pm Responsibilities Assists in account receivable management., Assists in assembling customer charts and filing paperwork appropriately., Assists in resolving customer equipment problems and issues., Develops and maintains working knowledge of current home care products and services offered, and all applicable insurance guidelines regarding eligibility for coverage and reimbursement., Ensures all billing, posting, insurance denials, inquiries, orders, deliveries, service, and pickups are handled in an accurate and timely manner., Gathers and coordinates all customer information and processes paperwork, including preparation of paperwork for billing process., Monitors office supply levels and places appropriate orders as approved by the Durable Medical Services Manager., Performs over-the-counter sales functions, and handles cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Performs the end-of-the-day cash account balance., Provides recommendations to callers and walk-in customers regarding supplies and equipment that can be utilized to meet the customer's needs., Screens and directs telephone calls, and takes orders from referral sources., Verifies insurance eligibility of clients. Requirements High School (Required) Driver's License - State of Illinois Compensation Estimated Compensation Range $16.94 - $26.26 Pay based on experience

Part-time Description We are looking for safe and dependable couriers/drivers to support our pharmacy operations by working in our pharmacy and delivering radiopharmaceuticals to hospitals, imaging facilities & healthcare clinics. Couriers drive RLS vehicles for deliveries. Hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 9:00am, Weekends possible What are a Courier's Responsibilities? Package and deliver radiopharmaceuticals, compliantly Process returns from customers Ensure timely delivery of the correct package to the customer Completes Department of Transportation (DOT) paperwork for deliveries Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles Other duties as assigned What Experiences and Education Do I Need to Bring To RLS? Valid driver's license Clean driving record Pass background check Pass drug screen Ability to accommodate shift changes and on-call scheduling Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs. routinely with an occasional 70 lbs. Looks for most efficient route when going from point A to point B. Monitors vehicles to enhance longevity. Practices safe driving habits at all times. Job Requirements: Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to operate and maneuver larger type trucks, no CDIL required Ability to maneuver through the City effectively and efficiently. Ability to operate and/or transport technical machinery and equipment. Ability to load vehicles properly and safely. No lifting, pushing, or pulling restrictions.
