Required Qualifications:
One year's recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid Radiologic Technologist license in compliance within state regulations
PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC Certifications

Summary:
The Cath Lab Technologist is responsible for assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab. This role involves preparing patients and equipment, monitoring hemodynamic data, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring patient safety throughout the process. The technologist operates specialized imaging equipment, maintains sterile technique, and collaborates with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. This position requires technical expertise in cardiovascular procedures, critical thinking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Essential Work Functions:
Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stent placement, electrophysiology studies, and other interventional procedures
Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operating fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems, ensuring proper functionality
Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup, ensuring adherence to infection control and procedural protocols
Perform sheath removal and hemostasis using manual compression or closure devices as directed
Maintain accurate documentation, including patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs
Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage of sterile instruments and medications
Adhere to radiation safety protocols, ensuring proper use of lead aprons, shields, and dosimeters
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Required Essential Skills:

The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend

Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail

About the Role:
The QA Tech III role at the Manawa location is a senior-level quality assurance role responsible for leading quality initiatives and compliance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
* Manage new quality initiatives, conduct in-depth consumer complaint investigations, prepare detailed reports, and present complaint trends to management.
* Participate in GFSI, regulatory, and customer audits, including document preparation, on-site assistance, and follow-ups for food safety and quality programs.
* Analyze and report on data for HACCP, food safety, sanitation effectiveness, environmental swabs, and traceability, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Our Team

Our Lab Technical Specialists support plants nationwide both at their facilities (about 20% travel), and from our labs in Neenah. What You Will Do
Physically test products submitted by lab's clients
Physically test products from the paper machine and converting lines in the pilot plants
Input test results, verifying data and reporting out results to clients
Assume Primary Person Responsible duties for several instruments in the lab to include maintenance, training and measurement control charting
Support trial work at the mill locations when necessary

Essential Functions:
Understand and perform work in accordance with the Quality Management System
Perform daily activities of the Micro, Analytical and Odor labs; including but not limited to:
Aseptically processing Raw, Intermediate, and Finished Products samples for applicable microbial tests
Reading microbial test results and performing selective or differential tests as needed
Completing data reviews and release of formulations for production
Maintain laboratory inventory of supplies and reporting needs to Laboratory Lead
Troubleshooting, maintaining and calibrating equipment, such as:
pH meter - pH levels
FTIR - Identification of raw materials for release
UV/VIS spectrophotometer- Identification and quantification
HPLC - Quantitation of active ingredients, preservatives, etc.
All new equipment as required by project
Assist in the training and qualification of new Quality Control Technicians
Leading investigations of corrective actions or out of specification results
Assisting in validation efforts and system improvement or reviews
Use and understand quality software to interpret run charts and ensure test result accuracy, communicating results to Quality Control Manager or Laboratory Lead to ensure minimal process variation
Follow Good Laboratory Practices as appropriate and document all work in accordance with standard operating procedures
Proper handling and disposal of chemicals and understanding the HMIS codes
Perform problem-solving functions when called upon.

As our QA Technician, you will:
Perform daily rotation of tasks (temperatures, box tare weights, sampling, and grade changes).
Review and accurately complete required paperwork (GMP checks, SSOP corrective action log, and SOP corrective action log) and be held accountable for accuracy.
Conduct pre-op/condensation/swabs.
Monitor the implementation and compliance of all food safety and quality procedures on the floor, report deficiencies, take corrective action, and follow up.
Perform visual line and finished product inspections to ensure conformance to specifications, and correct specification deficiencies.
Use production specification reports to gather, measure, analyze, and record inspection data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, and quantities inspected or graded.

Interact with USDA as needed.
Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, investigate and take corrective action, make recommendations on preventative measures, and document findings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs pre-pour inspections including dimensions of member, position of reinforcement, location of tensioning strand, and quality of forming.
Post-pour inspection of cast product
Perform wet and hardened required testing on the materials used in the manufacturing of product.
Prepares concrete specimens for testing. Regularly performs test for slump, temperature, unit weight, air content, and cylinder strength.
Involved with tensioning of cable to record elongations and ensure cable is tensioned as designed.
Perform cylinder strength tests to ensure they meet intended strength.
Conduct aggregate gradations and sieve analysis.
Compliance with safety policy and procedures.
Maintains complete Quality Control documentation for inspections and testing performed.
Identify and record quality issues and works with Production to resolve those issues.
Acts in professional manner that demonstrates the individual has good character and can be trusted by all employees.
Complete special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned.
Willingness to work outside all year long (Location Specific)
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED.
Must have interpersonal communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Must be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
General math skills, be able to read a tape measure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety procedures that need to be followed.
Ability to work with others to get the project completed efficiently.
Must be motivated and self driven to complete a task.
Understand and accepts changes that are implemented to become best in Class.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally.
Physically able to push, pull, lift, bend, climb, kneel, twist, squat, crawl and use hands/forearms repetitively and frequently.
Ability to move around for up to 12 hours per day.
Ability to work from ladders, scaffolding, swing stages and man lifts at various heights frequently.

The Gig:
The
Chemical Technician
plays a critical role in our engagement and customer longevity. It is responsible for ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, troubleshooting and resolving immediate issues, proactively addressing any potential issues and identifying areas of opportunity as it relates to the customer experience. The typical number of sites this role is responsible for is 50-75 sites per month.
What You'll Do:
Provide professional, expert solutions to all customers, to enable their business to be profitable and leave their customers satisfied with a clean, shiny, dry vehicle every time they use our products
Site Preventative Care & troubleshooting:
Titration of product as needed
Volumemetrics for product as needed
Minor chemical equipment/application repairs
Customer Satisfaction:
Responsible for site chemical conversions & installations, and keeping the customers informed of progress
Monitor customer levels and responsible for Chemical Inventory & replenishment orders placed at sites under responsibility
Maintain Wash Key Reporting - Service Report
Conduct NCS Site Surveys using the template
Support & execute on corporate accounts (CTC) per the protocols
Provide on-site revenue program training
Conduct Technical & Chemistry basic training with appropriate location personnel
Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer files (SF, Portal, Google & CTM) of customers and their issues
Analyze customer outputs, and make recommendations on technical updates or ways to increase efficiency and wash counts for the designated site.
Customer Expansion:
Identify areas of opportunity for our account, conduct an initial intake discussion and communicate to sales management
This individual is expected to comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, Local Regulatory Law, and company safety policies. Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; or equivalent practical experience.
Car Wash experience is preferred but not required
Basic mechanical knowledge & aptitude
Ability to communicate internally and externally across all levels of the organization
Good microsoft office skills and basic knowledge of a computer
Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service and support.
Ability to function with minimal supervision and work in a team environment. Must be a self-starter and be extremely motivated.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Technician will be responsible for supporting the verification of quality processes and procedures of fiberglass parts through auditing, inspecting and testing to ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards before being sent to the customer.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Understand the Quality system and follow documented processes and procedures.
· Perform inspection of final product prior to shipping to the customer
· Propose product or process improvements that will minimize quality defects, both internal and
External
· Perform final product verification per product and process
· Provide support and documentation required to maintain ISO certification; authority to disposition production material
· Ensures that all Documented Work Instructions are followed and have been implemented as they apply to our Quality System by conducting Process Audits
· Identify and quarantine non-conforming material
· Review department systems to improve processes and procedures; eliminate non-value added
activities.
· Ensure that the finish on all parts is cosmetically acceptable to standards i.e. Automotive, Paint, or Industrial.
· Fixture Calibration (Including but not limited to: dimensional checks of parts or fixtures,
maintenance of fixtures, maintain Gage Recall, review calibration schedules and status)
· Follow correct procedures in regards to ISO 9001 Standards.
· Perform other related and non-related duties as assigned through on-the-job training
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
· Knowledge of relevant measuring equipment as applicable to the product
· Computer literacy - basic typing / e-mail, Word, Excel.
