Job Summary:
Lead and coordinate the daily activates of the team to ensure testing processes run smoothly, products meet testing standards and all safety measures are adhered to.
Qualifications
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Completes AAON's Production Leader Program.
Leads a team of testers, including but not limited to assigning tasks, providing guidance and support of the team.
Motivates and mentors team members to maximize productivity and quality.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure testing timelines are met.
Allocates resources, including labor and testing equipment, to support the testing plan.
Monitors and enforce quality control processes to ensure products meet established testing standards.
Investigate and address any testing related issues as they arise.
Ensures all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
Conducts safety training along with testing supervisor, audits and provides recommendations for safety improvements.
Identifies opportunities for process optimization and improved efficiency.
Implements changes and oversees process improvements to enhance productivity.
Generates regular reports on performance, including productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.
Provides weekly updates to testing supervisor on testing status and challenges.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3 years of experience in a testing role.
HVAC background preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of production processes, testing procedures and safety regulations.
Knowledge and understanding of HVAC equipment and operation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and production management software and systems.
Ability to obtain and maintain 608 universal refrigerant certification.

DEPARTMENT SUMMARY: The Cardiovascular/IR Lab covers five service lines including Cardiac Intervention, Radiology Intervention, Neurodiagnostic Intervention, Vascular Intervention, and Electrophysiology. Currently operates out of four (4) rooms five days per week. Includes four person call teams including two techs and two nurses.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Cardiovascular/IR Lab Special Procedure Technologist performs general, invasive, and interventional procedures at a technical level and provides patient focused care as part of the care delivery team in the Cardiac Cath Lab, Angio/IR Lab, EP Lab and OR interventional procedure room and in other related settings as needed.
This position does not directly manage any other caregivers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Provides clinical and emotional support to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Applies standards of radiation safety guidelines outlined by ALARA and Oregon State Health Division.
Performs Diagnostic Radiographic procedural examinations in the interventional setting.
Provides and monitors equipment and supplies based on patient and procedural needs.
Performs Special Procedure, Cardiac Cath Lab, and EP Radiographic examinations.
Assists in Record Maintenance and statistics.
Perform diagnostic and interventional hemodynamic monitoring.
Participates in training and education program as requested.
Creates and maintains sterile field and demonstrates aseptic technique in scrub role.
Performs sponge, sharps, and instrument counts when appropriate.
Performs accurate supply and equipment usage documentation and charge capture.
Performs documentation according to SCHS policies and guideline requirements.
Assures that equipment is functioning properly, and that appropriate supply inventory is maintained.
Subject to providing stand-by and on-call coverage as required by the needs of the department.

Preferred: RCIS, RCES, CEPS/IBHRE or ARRT CI/VI credentials.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two (2) years experience in a Cardiovascular or Interventional Radiology lab. Cardiovascular experience. Hospital equipment/systems experience. EMR experience.
Preferred: Electrophysiology experience. Cardiovascular and Interventional Lab equipment experience to include Asist, Volcano, Phillips, Siemens, and GE MacLab. Hospital equipment/systems experience to include the use of EPIC.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to perform the job safely.
Required: Wearing of Lead for all procedures in labs. Lead ranging from 10 - 20 lbs. may be worn for up to 10hrs per shift.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, the Medication Technician will work in conjunction with the RN/LPN to perform medication management for clients, perform routine medical procedures, triage, and coordination of care, and to assist with detox duties including intakes, transfers and discharges as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manages residential client medications as prescribed and following all regulations and best practices:
Prepares proper dosages and administers daily medications for residential clients within the scope of current licensure/certification;
Processes new medication orders;
Updates electronic medical records (EMR) timely and meticulously with any medication changes and all prescription and non-prescription medications taken;
Ensures clients take their medications;
Orders medications for clients as needed.
Completes medication pre-authorizations as needed.
Administers controlled meds and tapers under supervision of the Nurse and as permitted by current licensure/certification
Manages medication inventory form - at both intake and discharge;
Tracks inventory of medications - checking for low supply, expiration dates, etc.
Orders and tracks all weekly routine lab orders;
Conducts residential labs - blood draws, urinalysis, etc.;
Inventories all supplies and places orders as needed;

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Electrophysiology Technologist performs general, invasive, and interventional procedures at a technical level and provides patient focused care as part of the care delivery team in the Cardiac Cath Lab, EP Lab and OR interventional procedure room and in other related settings as needed. This position does not directly manage any other caregivers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Provides clinical and emotional support to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Applies standards of radiation safety guidelines outlined by ALARA and Oregon State Health Division.
Performs Diagnostic Radiographic procedural examinations in the interventional setting.
Provides and monitors equipment and supplies based on patient and procedural needs.
Performs Special Procedure, Cardiac Cath Lab, and EP Radiographic examinations.
Performs diagnostic and interventional Electrophysiology procedures in accordance with department policies, procedures, and protocols.
Performs Electrophysiology Implant procedures in accordance with department policies, procedures, and protocols.
Performs diagnostic and interventional hemodynamic monitoring.
Performs duties as a monitor tech, scrub tech, or circulator maintaining sterile technique.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, hemodynamic principles, X-ray techniques and emergent and routine cardiac care.
Participates in training and education program as requested.
Creates and maintains sterile field and demonstrates aseptic technique in scrub role.
Performs sponge, sharps, and instrument counts when appropriate.
Performs accurate supply and equipment usage documentation and charge capture.
Performs documentation according to SCHS policies and guideline requirements.
Assures that equipment is functioning properly, and that appropriate supply inventory is maintained.

Required: Current ARRT or equivalent registration. Current Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license. BLS/ACLS Certification (within 90 days of hire). Required within two years of hire the completion and passing of either the examination for a Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE) exam.
Preferred: RCIS or ARRT CI/VI credentials.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Two (2) years experience cardiovascular or Interventional Radiology lab required.
Preferred: Cardiovascular and EP experience. Cardiac Cath lab surgical asepsis, scrub assist, and coronary intervention procedures experience preferred. Cardiovascular Interventional Lab equipment experience.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to perform the job safely.
Required: Wearing of Lead for all procedures in labs. Lead ranging from 10 - 20 lbs. may be worn for up to 10hrs per shift.
