Responsibilities include coordination across organizational boundaries to complete development tasks and small development projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with requesters to organize / coordinate resources to support testing, following trials, documenting, summarizing, analyzing and reporting data from testing/trials. Give technical direction for development or non-standard testing that influences the outcome. Responsible to act as mentor and provide training to other technicians. Identifies and leads continuous improvement and quality/safety activities. Monitor testing in progress, collect data, report results and provide feedback on modes of failure. May be responsible for non-standard testing and setup verification. Ability set/adjust controls, setup and operate data acquisition systems. Administrative duties include management of expense budgets and works closely with Sr. Site Operations and Lab Manager on capital budgets, IPPs and oracle procurement. Responsible for hiring, performance management, employee development, policy deployment and other areas of management as required. Ensure that Safety policies are followed by providing the appropriate infrastructure in test lab environment and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
