The individual hired for this position will perform 3D bioengineering techniques developed in the lab, perform routine cell and molecular biology assays (including but not limited to flow cytometry, qPCR). The individual will also assist with lab management and managing cryopreserved cell stocks and inventory. Responsibilities: Coordinate sample exchange from collaborators, inventory of cryopreserved cells and perform routine mammalian cell culture. Routinely perform 3D tissue culture, cell and molecular biology assays for viability and other cell health. Use laboratory equipment to analyze cell and tissue samples like flow cytometry, qPCR, microscopy; use computers to analyze data; organize and archive results.
