This currently includes primary care, specialty physicians, imaging suites, lab services, pharmacy services, mental health resources, lifestyle resources, and extensive technological integrations.
4. Lead with expertise:
Unlike many healthcare systems, our administrative team collaborates with our members to help guide and support, but leaves the leadership to the experts - our providers and specialists. This is what defines us as a physician-led facility.
5. Life is a balancing act:
We operate on a traditional Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule, and have no on-call requirements for our members. We understand how easy it is to forget taking care of yourself when consistently taking care of others. We promote a work-life balance to help ensure you are your best, so you can provide others with the best version of you.
