The technician works on a variety of products in all phases of production. The QA will work in the lab examining products, taking samples, and conducting experiments to ensure that customer and company specifications are met. The QA Technician will report any defects and make recommendations for improvements. The Quality Assurance department of the company aims to stop wasteful production of poor quality products and helps to ensure that customers do not receive malfunctioning products.
