The FSQA Micro Laboratory Supervisor will manage the Microbiology, Quantitative, and Raw Material Laboratories. The supervisor will manage the laboratory technicians and verify test data. The supervisor will be responsible for developing and maintaining test standard operation procedures and laboratory audits. They will ensure that their team follows proper protocols, performing quality/micro tests, and producing accurate and reliable results. They are responsible for training new hires and updating staff on best practices in their field including new techniques or technologies that can improve testing accuracy or efficiency.
