Job Summary: This role will support Account Managers by maintaining and repairing equipment for customers, coordinating deliveries, monitoring orders, assisting in application of products in production, mills, factories, etc. A successful candidate will communicate effectively and be able to use data to make informed decisions. This role will require work outside of standard working hours as needed. Travel is estimated at 50-60%. Essential Job Functions: Carry out the day-to-day service program as outlined by the Senior Sales Representative. Maintain and repair feed and monitoring equipment used for application of CESCO products. Coordinate CESCO product deliveries, includes meeting and assisting CESCO and common carrier bulk delivery trucks. Monitor tank levels for order placement, and monthly usage reporting of each product. Coordinate the return of used tote bins. Stage products from shipping using a forklift truck. This position will be reporting to the Laboratory Operations Manager. In this role you will: Maintain accurate inventory logs, track material levels, and reorder supplies to prevent shortages. Receive incoming shipments of lab materials and equipment, verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation and storage of all lab materials and equipment. . Participate in research and development initiatives to expand steroid testing panels or improve analytical methods. Prepare reagents, standards, and chemical solutions according to established protocols. Perform routine extractions, dilutions, and sample preparation for analysis. Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, spectrophotometers) under supervision. Record and verify data accurately in laboratory notebooks and/or the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Conduct routine quality control checks and assist with equipment calibration and maintenance logs. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CLIA, CAP, OSHA). Assist with inventory management and laboratory housekeeping. Collaborate with other lab staff to ensure timely completion of testing and reporting.
