The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in daily production operations to include harvest, fabrication and processing of meat. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for verifying that all food safety programs are being followed and that products are safe and of high quality. The Assistant Manager will assist the manager in oversight of the meats operational budget and maintenance of the facility. This individual will also assist in the training and supervision of the student workers in daily operations. Required Experience Experience in a meat processing facility.
