Responsibilities
Assist with procedures to analyze, diagnose and treat the cardiovascular system.
Perform active physiological monitoring of heart rate, rhythm, pressures, and saturations. Anticipate changes during cases that indicate necessary information, such as catheter position. Accurately identify and communicate patient condition changes to the physician and team.
Routinely perform patient testing and/or monitoring to include oxygen saturation, cardiac output, shunting, hemodynamic calculations and other intra-procedure testing and resulting as applicable.
Demonstrate knowledge and variation of procedures, including the equipment/supplies used for performance. Demonstrate proper handling, preparation, and maintain asepsis.
Anticipate and adapt to physician and case needs.
Assist with room setup, patient transport and post-procedure clean-up. Ensure infection control and sharp safety procedures are followed regarding waste and reusable products.
Perform patient education regarding post-procedure monitoring and care of catheter insertion site. Provide instructions and information regarding activity including normal, variant and issues requiring intervention.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

What you will do:
Six Flags Over Texas is looking for a dedicated, organized individual to join the Entertainment Technical Services Team. As an Entertainment Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the load in and load out of various show products and equipment, running assigned tracks for stage productions and special events, assisting with the installation and maintenance of all sets, props, sound, lighting and video equipment as needed, and working closely with the Technical Services team and Production Staff on any technical services projects as assigned. This individual will also ensure the smooth and safe operation of the assigned shows and special events.

Perform daily operational duties to assist the department in the running of assigned show tracks
Perform regular inspections of all scenic elements, audio and lighting systems, and special effects (fog machines)
Repair and correct any issues quickly and safely to ensure a safe guest and team experience
Assist the Technical Services team with new builds and repairs, load ins and load outs, system maintenance and other projects as assigned
Effectively communicate with Entertainment Technical Services Leadership on any issues or safety concerns as they arise
Operate various tools (including power tools), vehicles and equipment as assigned

Cath Lab Tech II (San Angelo)

Under the direction of a Cardiologist, independently performs radiographic procedures at a technical level in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Assists the Cardiologist in performing diagnostic as well as interventional procedures for the heart. The two Cath Lab Tech positions are: (1) Monitor, and (2) Scrub.
Monitor
The monitor is in the control room during the procedure monitoring the vital signs before during and after the procedure, documenting everything that is done during the procedure (i.e. when equipment goes into the patient and when it comes out of the patient. Also documenting what is implanted into the patient and making sure appropriate paper work is done that will go with the patient. Case monitors will also assist in transport when available and well as prepping the patient and cleaning the room post case.
Scrub
The scrub is in the room scrubbed into the case with the doctor in a sterile fashion. The scrub runs the x-ray equipment during the procedure with includes panning the table during image acquisition, moving the C-arm to various angles, switching in and out of different X-ray modes required for various studies. The scrub is also in charge or running the Acist power injector and has to maintain the knowledge of how to use various other equipment during procedure safely and effectively.

Supports inventory control, including ordering and maintaining supplies such as catheters, wires, and interventional kits.
Performs hemostasis protocols and catheter removal techniques according to facility policies.
Adheres to facility protocols for conscious sedation and performs pre- and post-procedure patient monitoring.
Assists with scheduling, workflow coordination, and training of technologists or students as directed by supervisor or department leadership.
Reviews each completed exam for technical accuracy and communicates pertinent information to the radiologist and care team.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist required
3-5 years of experience in special procedures, interventional radiology, or ambulatory surgical settings preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficient in performing complex special procedures and operating advanced imaging equipment.
Strong understanding of radiation safety and infection control practices.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-acuity setting.
Skilled in educating peers and supporting workflow efficiency.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and respond to emergent situations.
Familiarity with PACS, electronic health records, and procedural documentation standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Licenses and Certifications
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification required
Licensed Radiologic Technologist as applicable by state required
BCLS - Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire required
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Current certification: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT); Certified Clinical Nephrology Technician (CCNT); or Board of Nephrology Examiners Nursing & Technology (BONENT).
* Current BLS certification required.
* Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a dialysis technician required.
* Six month to One year experience in the area of Hemodinamics, Basic and advance EKG, basic pharmacology and invasive cardiology preferred.
