Associate, Bachelor, or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. 1+ years of experience in a chemical laboratory setting, with a focus on electroplating or surface finishing is a plus Strong understanding of electrochemical principles and electroplating chemistry (e.g., nickel, copper, silver, tin) is a plus Experience with a diverse range of analytical equipment, including UV-Vis, AA, SEM, XRF, XRD, wet chemical techniques, and surface analysis methods. Knowledge of ASTM and ISO standards and quality control procedures. Experience with corrosion science or surface science. Experience with Lean Six Sigma or certification.
