Collect and process biological samples as specified in the protocol and ensure their proper distribution. Monitor meals to ensure dietary compliance by research participants. Assist in the preparation of rooms and medical equipment. Assist with screening procedures as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working and study environment. Build respectful relationships with study participants. Accurately record all research data obtained or observed. Assist with quality control of source documents and case report forms. Maintain a basic understanding of current regulatory requirements. Attend all required meetings, as appropriate. Assist with study procedures as necessary. Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken. Maintain skills to perform all study tasks, as required. Ensure participant safety and dignity at all times. Handle participant complaints efficiently and effectively to maintain satisfaction. Ensure client and participant confidentiality is maintained. Respond to client and team queries in a timely manner. Take ownership of the quality and standard of own work. Essential Skills Experience in patient care, laboratory work, and clinical research. Proficiency in EKG, clinical trials, sample preparation, phlebotomy, chart review, and understanding of biology. Knowledge of FDA, ICH, and GCP guidelines. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma, CNA, Medical Assistant, EMT, or a BS Degree in Science/Healthcare. 0-2 years of experience in science, healthcare, or research.
