SUMMARY
The SCS Business Analyst is responsible for successful delivery of implementations and enhancements for D&H Supply Chain Services. The role is highly collaborative, coordinating with a broad range of cross-functional project stakeholders (internal and external).
The Business Analyst (BA) team is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) within IT. At a high level, the Business Analyst serves as the bridge of communication between business stakeholders and IT staff. The BA is responsible for facilitating discussions among the business users to understand the current business process and their need for change. The BA must then accurately document and communicate this need to the IT staff to design a solution that will ensure all stakeholder expectations are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop an understanding of the end users' current business processes.
Elicit business requirements.
Create/Maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
Facilitate cross-functional requirements review (BA/DEV/QA).
Secure Approval/sign-off for BRD.
Support the development and testing of deliverables.
Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plan; Review and confirm plan with project stakeholder(s).
Create and validate integration test files (EDI X12, API, XML, flat file, etc.), reconciling against the relevant specifications.
Facilitate UAT; share results.
Secure UAT approval/signoff.
Develop Go-Live Plan (when needed).
Create training materials, including Train-The-Trainer model, as needed.
Complete post go-live validation and warranty period support. Manage the bug lifecycle, when necessary.
Maintain process documentation, revising at the conclusion of projects to reflect the new state.
Provide project and resource managers updates on the status of assignments (progress, milestones, risks, issues/roadblocks).
Analyze integration specifications (EDI X12, API), performing gap analysis against current D&H organizational capabilities.
Identify areas of potential process improvement, recommending and implementing changes.
Coordinate with external integration partners (clients, VANs, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle.
Support and mentor team members.
Adhere to PMO and IT processes:
Collaborate with co-owners across the organization to ensure project success.
Assist with troubleshooting on solutions for production issues assigned to BA queues, escalating as necessary.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and/or ABILITIES
Familiar with common B2B integration (EDI, API, XML) and communication (AS2, SFTP, VAN) types, including the potential purpose and relevant use cases.
Comprehensive understanding of EDI X12 formats and specifications, including: elements, segments, loops, usage requirements, conditional relationships, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Inspect Intertek Listed products, subassemblies and components with respect to Certification Documents to determine compliance with the certification documents created based on tested products
Review Intertek label inventory and control for proper usage of the marks and security of the marks
Review non-compliances issued as a result of previous inspections and document those unresolved
Select samples as directed in the Certification Documents
Compile and document compliances and non-compliances and advise client on proper resolution
Communicate information between facility representatives and Intertek personnel.
Complete and submit Follow-Up Service Inspection Report

Job Description:
The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises. RPOs receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.

Job Description
We are looking for an IT Team Leader to oversee all aspects of the team's IT Services delivery including Routine Maintenance and Release Management. This position will be full-time and mostly remote in Harrisburg, PA.
What You'll Do
Provide oversight of personnel and software delivery efforts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including project planning, estimating and progress reporting
Oversees all aspects of the team's IT Services delivery including Routine Maintenance and Release Management
Participate in the recruitment process and manage staff on-boarding/off-boarding
Motivate and mentor team members, assist in career development, and perform staffing performance reviews
Collaborate with the team and other IT peers to set specifications and establish or revise standards as needed
Ensure compliance with all CAI and client processes, procedures, and best practices
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or 15+ experience
10+ years of IT experience, with demonstrated knowledge in the development and maintenance of custom Business applications
2+ years of supervisory experience leading technical staff
Strong written and oral communication skills
Prior experience developing or leading the development of enterprise web applications
Prior experience managing or supporting systems with web applications both in development and operational support for custom-built applications, with prior experience leading teams working in .NET or Java environments
Working knowledge of Service orientated architecture (SOAP/REST) and endpoint security (DataPower, APIM, OIDC, etc.)
Familiar with RDBMS - DB2, Oracle, Postgres or SQL Server
Familiar with Load/Performance Testing
Preferred:
Prior experience managing teams working in .NET or Java environments
Familiar with CI/CD, automated code deployments and experience with code quality and code security scanning and remediation
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
