Essential Duties and Responsibilities Labor Contracts & Union/Guild Administration Analyze, interpret, and apply entertainment industry collective bargaining agreements to ensure accurate wage and benefit implementation. Maintain and manage union and guild fringe structures, contribution rates, and benefit rules across projects. Monitor and control calendars of scale wage changes, fringe increases, contract expirations, and amendments. Create and distribute summaries of key contractual changes for internal stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert for union-related inquiries from internal departments and external partners.     Job DescriptionEkedal Concrete, Inc. - Orange County, CA Urgently hiring Ekedal Concrete, Inc. has an immediate need for Structural Concrete Carpenters and Laborers in the South ORANGE COUNTY, CA area. Concrete Carpenters will be responsible for building forms for poured in place walls. Concrete Laborer/Apprentices will be responsible for the ground-level stages of multiple projects.
