Must have a strong ability to interact professionally with colleagues, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders in the ever-changing environment of a field construction project, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Reclamation Site Foreman will review and execute project drawings and specifications; manage and direct junior field staff; coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; communicate frequently with the Nakupuna Companies Site Superintendent(s) and/or Project Manager(s), clients and stakeholders when on site; and remain flexible and resourceful to resolve field issues that may occur. The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
