Job Requirements Mandatory: * Minimum or 6 months work experience in grounds maintenance with knowledge of ground maintenance standards, techniques and materials. * Ability to identify and work safely with appropriate manual and power tools, mechanical and electrical equipment, to the task assigned. * Capable of understanding and following directions from lead/supervisor. * Capable of passing a background check for base access as required by the contract. * Must be able to comprehend, read, speak and write proficiently in the English language. * Communicate and work collaboratively and professionally on a team with various skill levels, and of various diverse backgrounds, and demonstrate good customer services skills. Preferred: * Possess a valid State issued Driver's License. * High School graduate or equivalent.
