POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Landscaping, leaf removal, grass cutting, and other tasks related to beautification of grounds.
Performs janitorial and custodial tasks in office space's and common areas such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting, as assigned.
Performs janitorial duties in vacant unit. Cleans entire unit as required, including dusting and washing down wa Ils, cleaning kitchen appliances (stoves, refrigerators, cabinets) and bathroom fixtures (bathtubs, toilets and sinks), sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors.
Removing resident belongings left in vacant units and performing clean-up duties as required to prepare for vacant unit turnover.
Assists with pest control activities
Assists maintenance staff with securing vacant units.

Completes daily work logs according to instructions and submit them to Supervisor.

Hourly pay: $18.00 to $23.00/hour based on experience and certifications
Team Qualifications (Requirements):
Desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude
Dedication to customer service
Fluent in English
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently
Desire to continually learn new things
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
High level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.
