The Labor Contracts and Contributions Manager is responsible for overseeing union and guild labor contract administration and contributions compliance for entertainment productions. This role ensures accurate interpretation, implementation, and maintenance of collective bargaining agreements, fringe benefit rates, and contribution reporting. The Manager works cross-functionally with Management, Payroll, HR, Finance, and Production teams to ensure contractual accuracy, system integrity, and timely remittance of union and guild contributions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Labor Contracts & Union/Guild Administration Analyze, interpret, and apply entertainment industry collective bargaining agreements to ensure accurate wage and benefit implementation. Maintain and manage union and guild fringe structures, contribution rates, and benefit rules across projects. Monitor and control calendars of scale wage changes, fringe increases, contract expirations, and amendments. Create and distribute summaries of key contractual changes for internal stakeholders.
