Total Compensation

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Cleaning and preparing a job site, including the removal of debris, garbage, trees, etc.
* Loading and unloading building materials.
* Operating a variety of tools and machines such as shovel, blowtorches, jackhammers, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
* Caring for tools used on job sites and keeping them in safe and clean working order.
* Safely operating equipment and vehicles as needed.
* Understanding and carrying out instructions.
* Maintaining records.
* Maintaining positive working relationships.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Dependability and reliability with a good attendance record and the willingness and ability to adapt to scheduling needs as required to accommodate company project needs
* Extremely self-motivated with the ability to take the lead on assignments as well as follow instructions and work within parameters of excellency established by leadership.
* Good safety history and willingness to engage and contribute to ongoing safe work practices, including the use of PPE, with the ability to safely perform physical and manual work such as digging, shoveling, and operating power tools.
* Top-notch communication skills, including the ability to effectively, respectfully, and positively interact with supervisors, team members, and subcontractors.
Education and/or Experience
* Preferred: High School diploma or GED.
Physical Demands
* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time on various terrain, including slopes and uneven ground, and regularly push, pull, shovel, bend to pick up, and lift items 25 to 50 pounds.
Work Environment

Immediate Hire - General Labor (Flood Damage Cleanup) | 2-Day Project
Pay Rate: $15-$16 Per Hour (Depending on experience) Positions Available: 2 | 3 Candidates Needed
We are looking for hardworking General Laborers to assist with an urgent flood damage cleanup project. This is a two-day project involving demolition, material removal, and site cleanup. Candidates who perform well may have an opportunity to transition into a full-time Restoration Technician role.
Job Responsibilities:
Tear out and remove water-damaged materials from a flooded home.
Haul off debris and assist in site cleanup.
Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to complete the project within the timeline.
Requirements:
Must be physically capable of lifting and hauling materials.
Must wear PPE (gloves, hard hat, safety glasses)-provided if necessary.
Prior demolition or restoration experience is a plus but not required.
Reliable transportation to the job site is necessary.
