The plant core processes are continuous web including multi-color flexo-printing, extrusion coating, and water-based coatings. **Job Requirements:**
+ 18 years or older
+ Manufacture packaging materials with a high-speed web process
+ Lift rolls off the end of a conveyor using a lift assist device (tilt-lock)
+ Place rolls in a bag
+ Place rolls on pallet following specifications
+ Place label on rolls
+ Maintain consistent quality
+ Rewind rolls to remove defective product
+ Repackage for shipment to the customer
+ Use standing fork truck to place pallets onto warehouse train for pickup
+ Must be able to work 8 or 12-hour shifts (days or nights) plus overtime as required

+ Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required.
+ Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
+ Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority to record and/or correct the situation.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring
Qualifications:
Possess a valid CDL driver's license with a good driving record.
High School Diploma from accredited school or its equivalent.
Two (2) years of experience in aerial construction or telecom trade.
May be required to work long, or alternate hours, as necessary for the efficient operation of the business.Skill in the operation of assigned equipment.
Ability to apply preventative maintenance and service to motor vehicles and motorized equipment and to make minor adjustments to correct performance malfunctions in the field.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time hourly position, expected to work at least 40 hours per week. This position operates in an outdoor environment and is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions including; extreme cold, rain, sleet, snow, humidity, high temperatures, and high wind. The outside work environment will vary throughout the day including changes in terrain, traffic, urban settings, and/or rural settings. This position may occasionally be exposed to natural gas and to the risk of electrical shock. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
Physical Requirements:
Tasks involve the intermittent performance of physically demanding work, typically involving some combination of reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and that may involve the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-75 pounds).
