Preferred certifications to include fall protection, lull/class 7, boom/man lift. off road forklift, scissor lift, laser, rigging, hand signs, Hilti, or Simpson powered actuated tools.
Must own/maintain all required PPE and hand tools.
Knowledge of and experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
Ability to make mathematical calculations to determine the height, width, and length of materials needed to create structurally sound building components.
Ability to measure/plan, read and follow blueprints with knowledge of building code
Critical thinking skills to analyze construction plans, spot potential structure problems and find ways to make repairs on existing structures.
Good communication skills to maintain job site safety and relay information while working with other construction professionals.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required.
