About the Role:
M&J Enterprises Construction Inc. is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled TTT1 and TTT2 Tower Hands to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Tower Hand, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers and associated equipment. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the safety and quality of all work performed. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.
Minimum Qualifications:
TTT1 and/or TTT2 certification
Ability to climb towers and work at heights
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience working in the telecommunications industry
Experience working with Verizon or AT&T in new builds and upgrades
Experience with RF and fiber testing equipment
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Ability to travel as needed (hotel is provided)

As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
Daily Routine of scaffolding structures at some fascinating professional venues like football and soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, and racetracks for example. You can expect to see much of the work we completed while watching a game or event on tv.
Crews which you will be assigned to will be no more than 5 employees and will travel from job to job together as a crew.
