Responsible for the providing support to the RMC Area Manager, Dispatch/Batchman and Mechanics at the site location by performing a variety of duties, including limited maintenance, and clean up.
Functional Responsibilities
Ø Exhibit a strong work ethic with the ability to take direction and work in a team setting and independently.
Ø Adhere to Permian Basin Materials Code of Conduct and company policies.
Ø Ensure that the concrete plant and related equipment is operating properly at all times; inspect plant for greasing and check oil fluid levels; grease & oil as required; keep plant and equipment clean and free of excess material; ensure all material handling equipment is working.
Ø Ensure the breakroom is neat and clean.
Ø Keep equipment and plant site neat and clean at all times; wash the outside of the plant and equipment whenever necessary; maintain plant grounds; pick up trash, etc. from grounds; make sure all equipment is in its proper place.
Ø Assist the Batchman in batching and other duties when necessary.
Ø Comply with all Safety, Health, Environmental and other Company policies and procedures.
Ø Perform any miscellaneous duties requested by the plant manager, which may include, but is not limited to, cleaning up around the plant, picking up equipment or supplies, transporting company mail, training another employee, and filling in for an absent employee.
Ø Treat customers and inspectors courteously at ALL times.
Ø Properly follow company, OSHA, and MSHA safety procedures and promote the company safety program.
Ø Wear protective clothing and equipment as necessary to include hearing protection, dust masks, safety glasses, boots, harnesses and other clothing as required.
Ø Perform other functions and duties as required or directed.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
Mixing and pouring concrete.
Operating machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers and conveyors.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas.
Assisting with the transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
Loading and unloading materials and supplies.
Sets up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
Handling and moving heavy construction materials.
Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear.
Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.
Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by management at any given time and in any given area
About You
We Require:
Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to work outdoors or in open air environment.
Preferred - Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred - Experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used. Must be able to push or pull cart with 80 pounds of force. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to step up 20 inches.
