The General Laborer supports Grady Rentals field and yard operations by transporting, preparing, maintaining, and assisting with containment equipment and materials. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment readiness, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and safe, efficient support at job locations. The General Laborer must be dependable, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical work in outdoor and industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Field Support and Transportation • Drive company equipment and materials to and from multiple job sites throughout the Permian and Delaware Basins. • Deliver containment materials to and from field locations as directed. • Verify that equipment is functioning properly upon delivery and during field use. • Confirm all supporting equipment and materials are present and accounted for in the field. We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Helper to join our team of the best fire protection professionals in the industry. This position is based in our Midland/Odessa, TX location. Primary duties - assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician. May also assist with the service, repair and maintenance of fire alarm systems; under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician. Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner. Must work safely, following OSHA and Firetrol safety policies and practices. Accurately complete required daily paperwork. Other duties as assigned. Some overtime, nights, weekends and on-call hours may be required. Requirements Work experience, training or education in the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of alarm systems or related equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided. Able to work in a variety of businesses and institutions including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities.
