    THE ROLE Under close supervision, keeps facility litter free and performs various loadchecker duties, and assists with other projects as needed. Shift will be Monday-Friday, 4:00am-12:30pm. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, AND ARE NOT LIMITED TO: General Laborer (majority of position performs General Laborer duties) * Picks up blown litter on site and adjoining roads. * Brings full litter garbage bags to pick-up truck or tipping table. * Picks up metal or other recyclable materials from tipping table. * Relieves Spotter during lunch break and other times as needed. * Repairs drainage flumes. * Moves and/or constructs wind fences. * Keeps property clean and litter free. * Assists with covering garbage with tarps. * If working at compost site, removes contaminants from organics. Load Inspector/Checker (small percentage of time may be spent on the following duties): * Inspects and records daily incoming loads. * Keeps hazardous and otherwise prohibited waste out of facility.
