Responsibilities Assist with installation and repair of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.) Load, unload, and move roofing materials, tools, and equipment Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment Remove old roofing materials and job site debris Use basic hand and power tools safely Maintain clean and safe job sites Follow directions from supervisors and senior roofing technicians Must be willing to travel to job sites (transportation provided) Requirements Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather Ability to lift, carry, and move materials Reliable and able to work Monday-Friday Basic construction knowledge helpful but not required Strong teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn Ability to follow all safety rules and instructions Jolly Roofing Benefits Weekly direct deposit Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual Opportunities for career growth and advancement Work for a respected and stable commercial roofing company Why Work With Us?
