In this series the employee will also take on the duties of scheduling, assigning, and overseeing subordinates work, inspecting work, training, and guiding staff in duties mentioned above for the series. Highway Operations Tech 3: $24.44/hr. Grade 19 Highway Operations Tech 3 is the full journey classification for the series.
