Duties & Responsibilities: Mitigation Activities including - Fire/Soot/Smoke Clean Up. Water Extraction & Drying. Mold Remediation. Demolition of damaged materials. Moving furniture and appliances when necessary. General Labor assists the Restoration Foreman and Technicians with job related tasks as directed. Follow all job site & safety protocols. Drive company vehicle responsibly. Clean and maintain daily. Clean and perform maintenance on company equipment Excellent opportunities for advancement. This is an entry-level position. With experience and training, there are opportunities to move to Restoration Technician, Restoration Foreman and then Mitigation Manager. Required Qualifications: Must have Valid PA Drivers License Must pass background check Must have reliable transportation to Main Office in Centre Hall Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and do physically demanding work. Must be able to wear required PPE & a fitted respirator when required Occasional after hours Hourly: $ 15-18 per hour plus Bonus & Incentives. Bonuses for this position are typically $ 75-$ 100 per month. Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays after 90 day probationary period. Paid Training.
