Staff and partners working in the Coronado play a vital role in protecting its unique ecosystems, maintaining trails and facilities, and supporting sustainable access to this extraordinary natural resource. Position Overview The Crew Leader will work in collaboration with Forest Service staff to lead a small team of ACE Members in maintaining and improving recreation facilities, trails, and infrastructure throughout the Santa Catalina and Nogales and Rangers districts. The Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work performance, as well as fostering a positive crew culture focused on teamwork, learning, and environmental stewardship. This position combines hands-on fieldwork with crew supervision and project coordination.
