Long Fence , an industry leader for over 75 years is seeking an experienced Construction Laborer familiar with guide rail or fence installation for projects in the Montgomery, Frederick, and Carrol County Areas.
The optimal candidate for this position would have a minimum of 2 years construction experience, and a willingness to learn all aspects of the job.
Role and Responsibilities
Primary duties include installing wood, metal, and vinyl fence and handrail products on residential and commercial jobsites, which requires proficiency with power tools such and core drills, hammer drills, band saws, grinders, etc. Experience operating skid steers or aerial lifts is a plus.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands on experience using power tools
- Valid Driver's License
- Operation of company vehicle (DOT) (preferred)
- CDL license a plus
- OSHA certification a plus
- Welding certificate a plus

Summary
We work in repairing concrete, asphalt, lot marking, sealcoating, crack sealing and infrared repairs. We do everything that entails maintaining parking lots.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); some general construction experience preferred.
- A general aptitude and ability in the areas of preparation and installation of asphalt and concrete repairs, Cracksealing, Sealcoating and Catch Basin Repair is preferred but not required.
- To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
