Job Overview
The Laborer Operations role is responsible for washing, cleaning equipment, and other warehouse duties in the regional operation center. This position is responsible for understanding and following the safety culture and strives for 100% compliance concerning safety observations while adhering to all CCCI policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Wash and clean equipment as needed or directed to support successful order fulfillment
* Use appropriate material handling equipment to move products, and materials from, to designated locations to support activities in an efficient and safe manner
* Assist with the daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse, yard, and other areas of the facility to maintain safe, clean, and neat work areas
* Perform miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of a warehouse in a dynamic environment
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Job Overview
As a Power Equipment Operator, you're an essential part of our behind-the-scenes team-keeping things moving so customers get what they need, when they need it. You'll operate powered equipment to handle merchandise safely and efficiently in our furniture, bedding, and fulfillment warehouses. What You Will Do
Operate Equipment Safely: Use different industrial trucks, including stock pickers and reach trucks at heights up to 40 feet. Navigate narrow aisles using power equipment to pick, pull, put away, stack, and count merchandise to meet standards.
Technology: Input data accurately and efficiently using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices, while mastering area-specific functions across various systems (including warehouse systems and proprietary systems).
Safety: Safely work in narrow aisles and up to 40 feet high with a harness while moving equipment. Report on equipment failures, damage, accidents, and environmental issues affecting safety to the committee promptly.
Team Collaboration: Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. What You Need:
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* Proficiency operating powered industrial trucks (PITs), with 2+ years of experience (preferred)
* OSHA or employee certification for PIT operation (preferred)
* Safe, verifiable operating history (appreciated)
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and heavier weights with assistance
What You'll Do:
* Safely operate PITs such as counterbalance forklifts and order pickers to transport and organize merchandise
* Unload incoming stock, pick orders, and load outbound trucks to meet store needs
* Perform daily PIT inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
* Operate RF scanners as directed by supervisors
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed
* Adhere to all company safety rules and participate in required training programs
Additional Requirements:
* Frequent bending, stooping, climbing, and pushing/pulling
* Constant sitting and fine hand/wrist manipulation (steering and controls)
* Occasional walking and standing
* Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, including indoor and outdoor environments

* Responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and Salt spreaders.

Operates molding machines following all work instructions. Handles molded parts and assembles if necessary. Performs inspection of each finished part and packages per customer requirements.
