Entry Level Vibration Analyst

Responsible for maintaining a full time on site Condition Monitoring services ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. The PACS Administrator also works in partnership with the Information Systems Radiology, Client Support Systems and Imaging teams on system strategies and processes, including-but not limited to-EMR, Voice Dictation and PACS used by Providers.
* Minimum Education
* Graduation from an accredited Radiology Program with an AS in Radiological Technology or its equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
* Radiology Technologist with 5 years of clinical experience.
Licenses/Certifications
* Obtain applicable certifications within 1 year of hire, recommended
* ITIL Certified (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
* Epic Proficiencies as needed by the role

Essential Functions
* Perform routine system maintenance and performance checks, update and manage system configurations to ensure optimal PACS functionality.
* Provide training to Radiologists and technologists on proper and efficient PACS system usage, including image retrieval, display protocols, system/user worklists, and reporting.
* Implement and monitor security protocols to protect patient data, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical PACS-related issues, including network and image quality problems.
* Develop and maintain PACS policies and procedures, including data management and access control.
* Monitor system performance regularly to identify potential issues and optimize efficiency.
* Manage data archiving and ensure reliable storage and retrieval of medical images.
* Collaborate with vendors for system support, issue resolution, and upgrades.
* Serve as liaison between radiology and IT staff to identify and implement solutions that meet clinical needs.
