Role Description This is a full-time role for a Laborer located in Tempe, AZ, with some work from home possible. The Laborer will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assisting with foundation repair, concrete repair, installation of helical piles, soil nails, micro-piles, grouting, and carbon fiber installation. The role involves site preparation, excavation, shoring, and clean-up. The Laborer will also assist with the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications Experience in construction, foundation repair, or similar fields Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and operating equipment Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Experience with concrete repair and soil stabilization techniques is a plus Certifications in construction or foundation repair are a plus POSITION: Laborer FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Production Manager POSITION SUMMARY Laborers safely, correctly, and efficiently loads truck in preparation for the job site, performs installation duties at the job site, and unloads and cleans truck upon return to the company. Safely, correctly, and efficiently loads truck with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the Crew Leader and Lead Installer. 2. Safely, correctly, and efficiently performs installation duties according to the Crew Leader's and Lead Installer's instruction and company-approved methods, standards, and timetables. 3. Laborers safely, correctly, and efficiently unloads and cleans the truck upon return to the company. 4. Laborers take great care of the company's products, tools, and equipment. 5. Provides customers with a remarkable experience. 6. Drives for the company in a safe manner. 7. Regular, reliable on-site attendance. NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS 1. Must have a Valid Driver's License 2. Must be able to travel within the state on a regular basis and stay out of town.
