Deracking: Unload flight bars / racks properly and efficiently. Packing: Recognize the difference between right and left parts / right and left dunnage and bring proper packaging to the line. Pack parts off the line ensuring each layer has the correct amount of parts. Ensure finished container has the correct amount of parts. Cleaning: Keep work area clean. Combine partials and continuously support inspection. Show initiative and be willing to assist team members when needed. Assisting on the line: Place parts on flight bars/racks to begin the plating process. Visually inspect flight bars / racks as they come off machine for Gross and Obvious defects.
