What You'll Do
As a General Laborer, you'll assist with keeping the site clean, organized, and free of debris while supporting equipment operators, mechanics, and supervisors with various tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas.
Assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers.
Organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area.
Support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers.
Perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties.
Help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed.
Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times.
Report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications What We're Looking For
Experience: Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required.
Skills:
Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team.
Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

The Opportunity
We're seeking Equipment & Yard Technician - 2nd Shift team members to join us at our Otsego, MN location. This role plays a key part in preparing our field teams for success by ensuring that equipment, vehicles, and materials are properly cleaned, maintained, organized, and ready for deployment.

What You Will Do
Clean and reset company vehicles and equipment: Wash and detail trucks, trailers, and machinery to keep equipment in good working order and ready for the next day's use.
Perform basic equipment checks: Check fluids like oil and coolant, and do simple walk-around inspections to help spot any issues early.
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks: Grease moving parts, fuel equipment, and complete quick, daily upkeep steps to support the mechanics and field teams.
Move equipment and vehicles around the yard: Safely drive and park trucks, trailers, tractors, and other equipment within company property to help crews reset for the next day.
Load equipment and materials: Prepare trucks and trailers for field crews by carefully loading and securing equipment using chains, straps, and other methods to prevent shifting during transport.
Review and prepare daily load requests: Work with managers and supervisors to confirm what's needed for the next day's projects and ensure everything is prepped and staged for smooth morning departures.
Keep the yard and staging areas organized: Help maintain an orderly, efficient workspace so field teams can quickly find what they need.
Support a smooth end-of-day process: Be a key team member helping reset and prepare operations as crews return in the evening, creating a seamless handoff for the next day's shift.
Pitch in where needed: support the team with other duties to keep field operations running smoothly.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
Must be available to work full-time, 2nd shift (3:00-11:00pm Monday-Thursday & 10:00am-6:00pm Sunday).
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Basic comfort with driving and maneuvering trucks, trailers, tractors, or other equipment OR a willingness to learn how to safely operate company vehicles & equipment.
Previous experience in construction, agriculture, landscaping, or similar industries is helpful, but not required.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with daily physical activity.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet daily goals.

Work in diverse environments, including extreme heat, cold, and outdoor conditions
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in oil and gas facility shutdown work

Valid drivers license is an asset
Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test is required prior to employment

Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (including night, weekends, holidays, and overtime)
