Education and Experience Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid Drivers License Required

Experience working in a safety sensitive field.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Industrial Cleaning Technician (Laborer) possessing the education and experience listed above performs the following:
Operation of different work-related equipment, including but not limited to high pressure pumps, vacuum trucks, different industrial cleaning agents, etc.
Responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response.
Inspect surface cleaned to ensure compliance to company and customer expectations.
Remain professional and represent the company well, great customer service required.
Works as a team participant along with maintenance staff to ensure the team meets quality standards set by company.
Test machinery and equipment as needed.
Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
Remain up to date on all safety training and mill trainings, mostly completed on an annual basis.
Safely operates and maintains company vehicles as required for job duties, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
Other duties as assigned.

Loads and unloads heavy boxes, bulky supplies, and materials to and from tracks, dollies, etc, moves heavy boxes, cartons, or luggage by hand, handtruck, or dolly; opens crates and boxes using crowbars, and cuts bands using shears; stacks boxes and cartons where directed.
Using a shovel, digs ditches and trenches where a pick is not needed to loosen the dirt, and where grading and sloping is not required; fills holes with dirt and levels bumps and low places, using shovel, hand tamper, and rake.
Runs hand lawnmowers or (domestic type) powered lawnmowers, when this does not require heavy physical effort (for example, on steep grades); clears small trees and bushes, using handsaw, hatchet, or clipper.
Moves and arranges furniture as directed; shovels snow from sidewalks; washes and waxes cars and trucks by hand or power buffer.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
