Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Cleans and pressure-washes light rail vehicle parts (e.g., bogies, couplers, EHUs) using equipment like automatic washers and hot tanks.
Operates tools and machinery (e.g., pallet jack, forklift, electric carts, hoists, power scrubbers/sweepers).
Performs interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including graffiti and biohazard removal.

Primary Functions:
Set up, operate, and maintain the TIG Brush system according to specific job requirements and safety protocols.
Operate and monitor passivation tanks and associated equipment following standard operating procedures (SOP's).
Effectively remove any discoloration, heat tint, oxides, and other contaminants from TIG welds using the TIG Brush and appropriate cleaning fluids.

How your work would contribute to our organization and the Twin Cities region:
The Light Rail Transit (LRT) Helper meets the train operators, performs safety inspections, and performs cleaning and removal of graffiti and biohazard substances/materials. This position also removes vehicle protection film and replaces seats for light rail vehicles. Work shifts for new hires are typically third (3rd) shift.
Hourly Pay Range: For candidates newly hired into the Amalgamated Transit Union (ATU) contract, starting wage is set by the ATU contract. Internal hires will follow Metropolitan Council's union wage guidelines.
Hire: $24.63 hourly
After year one: $28.15 (based on ATU salary rates starting 8/1/2025)

Iron Eagle specializes in industrial services, focusing on industrial cleaning, emergency spill response, and waste management. We are expanding our operations and seeking GENERAL LABORERS to join our team at our location in Isanti, MN!
OVERVIEW
This role involves intense physical demands, including performing cleaning and decontamination tasks in confined spaces. You'll operate diverse equipment, tools, and machinery in environments containing hazardous materials, necessitating the use of comprehensive HazMat personal protective equipment (PPE).
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a valid Driver's License and a relatively clean driving record
Must be comfortable working in confined spaces in full HazMat PPE
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to our Hastings location every morning prior to being sent to various scheduled work at client locations across the Twin Cities Metro area
Carry out site remediation, equipment decontamination, and hazardous material handling
Assist in the loading/unloading of heavy and light-duty trucks/equipment at client locations, including Vac Trucks, Transports, Rolloffs, etc.
Correctly use and maintain diverse personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators and protective gear for skin, face, hands, and feet in multiple configurations
Work in varying indoor and outdoor temperatures and all weather conditions
Function in environments with potential exposure to various chemical and physical agents, some hazardous, toxic, or corrosive
Ensure safe loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste
Adhere to all local, state (provincial), and federal compliance regulations
Operate vehicles safely, following U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial), and federal requirements
SHIFTS/SCHEDULE
Standard shift time is 7am, however, due to the nature of our business some flexibility is required (there will be occasional start times
before
or
after
7am. You may also work
more
than 8 hours/day depending on project/client needs. You will be notified of schedule changes in a timely manner).
TRAVEL
Due to the nature of our business, you can expect to travel up to 10% of the year. Travel is usually scheduled, however, some emergency spill response requires unscheduled travel as well. You must be flexible and willing to mobilize when an emergency event arises.
ON-CALL
Due to the nature of our business in industrial services and emergency response, you are expected to adhere to our On-Call Rotation Schedule, which requires you to commit to at least 1 On-Call week per month (typically Thursday - Thursday). Our goal is to keep the On-Call schedule limited to one week per month, however, some flexibility may be required in busy seasons and emergency events. We do our best to work with employees on their work/life schedules
