Job Description About the Role: As a General Laborer at Structural Glass Products (SGP), your main responsibility will assist in various tasks related to shop fabrication of aluminum and installation of glass products. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure the smooth operation of fabricating and installing aluminum/glass window systems process. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age or older Previous experience in a similar role or in a construction-related field. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Basic understanding of measurements and ability to use hand tools. Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to work outdoors all year round. Travel to various projects as needed - travel locations include Minnesota and surrounding states. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with glass or in the glass industry.
