Hours will vary but can expect 7AM to 7PM at a minimum on weekdays, plus weekends as required. Overtime after 40 hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: Must comply with Company mission, vision, and values. Must work on job site with no drugs/alcohol in system. Understand and comply with all Company policies and safety procedures. Needs to have good communication skills. Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment used daily. Must report any equipment maintenance directly to supervisor immediately. Ability to communicate any project-related issues to supervisor immediately. Become familiar with the efficient and safe digging procedures in each application. Accurately fill out timecards daily.
