The Childcare Worker is responsible for the supervision and management of all assigned children. The Childcare Worker interacts directly with the children and models appropriate adult-child interactions for the parents. Selective Preference(s): Highway Operations Worker Requirements: Employees must obtain their Arizona CDL (Class “A”) permit within 90 days from the date of hire and a Arizona Class “A” Commercial Driver's license (CDL) is required within 6 months of hire. Highway Operations Tech 1-3 Requirements: An Arizona Class “A” Commercial Driver's license (CDL) for a manual or automatic transmission and a (N) tanker endorsement is required prior to the start date. Based on the assigned area additional endorsements may be required. Pre-Employment Requirements: Registration with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse) is a requirement for all CDL holder's. Depending on the work location and assignment may encounter extremes of cold and heat, considerable time away from home base, rugged terrain, and high speed traffic conditions. This position requires one to lift/carry - push/pull 50 lbs. This position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job and the following requirements apply.
