Qualifications: Position #1: * Associate or Bachelor's degree, Performing Arts, Physical Education, or closely related field (Master's preferred). * Proven experience in dance instruction, choreography, and team leadership. * Knowledge or have experience with costume design, movement or physical fitness, and group synchronizations. * Strong knowledge of various dance styles, including jazz, hip-hop, majorette, contemporary, traditional, and cultural dance. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Position #2: * Bachelor's degree in dance, Performing Arts, Physical Education, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Demonstrated experience in flag choreography, color guard instruction, or auxiliary team leadership. * Strong understanding of marching band performance dynamics. * Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills. * Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required. Position #3: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. * A minimum of 2 years of experience operating tractor-trailers (preferably in event or equipment transport). * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
