The Manager works cross-functionally with Management, Payroll, HR, Finance, and Production teams to ensure contractual accuracy, system integrity, and timely remittance of union and guild contributions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Labor Contracts & Union/Guild Administration Analyze, interpret, and apply entertainment industry collective bargaining agreements to ensure accurate wage and benefit implementation.
