About the Role Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Concrete Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project in Delta County, Colorado. The project consists of extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work. The project is scheduled to last for 2+ years. As a Concrete Laborer at Moltz Construction Inc., you will: * Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects. * Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure the job site each day to eliminate potential hazards. * Perform materials handling and storage. * Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews. * Load and unload trucks, haul, and hoist materials. * Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed. * Bring problems to the attention of the Foreman, Safety Manager or Human Resources. Qualifications & Experience: * Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. * Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination. * Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.
