We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required. Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market. POSITION SUMMARY Borden Dairy is seeking an adaptable, dependable, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a General Laborer. In this hands-on role, you will support a variety of warehouse and distribution tasks, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This position is essential to ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that quality products are delivered to our customers safely and efficiently. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Load and unload trailers and move product throughout the facility. Stack, sort, bundle, and fill containers with product as needed. Rotate inventory daily to ensure proper product flow and freshness. Label and mark product loads for identification and tracking. Complete and maintain accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. Record stock movement in and out of designated work areas. Monitor materials, products, and equipment throughout the process and report any irregularities to the supervisor. Assemble units and place items as directed for shipment or storage. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Important Considerations Full-time, part-time, and shift work may be available based on business needs. Weekend availability may be required. Work may involve extended periods in cold or refrigerated environments. Appropriate work and safety gear must be worn at all times. Some roles may involve heavy lifting and prolonged standing. Completion of required paperwork and adherence to safety protocols is expected. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; must be able to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Bilingual skills are beneficial. Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Some positions may require obtaining a company-sponsored certification. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, climbing, pulling, and bending. Ability to routinely lift over 60 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds using a hand-held hook. Must be able to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors, and on refrigerated trucks.
