Minimum Qualifications for the Role:
A minimum of an earned Master's degree in Nursing
Minimum of five years of full-time nursing experience or its equivalent within the last eight years

Preferred Qualifications for the Role:

The Fisher College Police Department is actively seeking a part-time sergeant, a pivotal role that supports the college's overall mission and provides security and related public safety services for the protection of Fisher College, students, staff, visitors, and assets.
The Police Sergeant is responsible for supervising personnel of equal or lesser rank and is involved in a wide range of duties, including planning, assigning, and directing the activities of subordinates. Qualifications
Required Minimum Qualifications:
All applicants must be certified as full-time police officers by the Massachusetts POST Commission.
Applicants who obtained their law enforcement officer certification from outside Massachusetts will require a permanent exemption from the Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Committee (MPTC).
Basic police firearms instruction and qualification course and/or recent requalification.
Highly efficient oral and written communication skills.
Applicants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of application.
Must possess and maintain a Massachusetts Class A Large Capacity License to Carry Firearms.

Job Description:
The Executive Director of Recruitment & Strategic Initiatives serves as the second-in-command of the admissions and enrollment team, reporting directly to the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Enrollment. This seasoned leader is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of senior and mid-level direct reports and providing high-level strategic guidance on all aspects of undergraduate recruitment, outreach, and conversion.
In close partnership with the AVP, the Executive Director plays a critical role in shaping and executing the College's enrollment strategy, optimizing team performance, ensuring data-informed decision-making, and maintaining a strong focus on delivering results in a competitive higher education marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key advisor and thought partner to the AVP on strategic planning, forecasting, goal setting, and performance analysis related to recruitment and enrollment outcomes.
* Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the admissions counseling staff managing areas such as territory management, file review, recruitment programming and data analytics.
* Develop, implement, and assess comprehensive recruitment strategies designed to achieve institutional enrollment goals, including growth, quality, and retention objectives.
* Ensure accountability and alignment across functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-oriented recruitment.
* Monitor enrollment trends, assess recruitment effectiveness, and lead strategic initiatives to improve yield and meet institutional enrollment goals.
* Create a culture of urgency, ownership, and innovation within the admissions team, ensuring that outreach and follow-up efforts are intentional, timely, and rooted in storytelling and conversion.
* Manage recruitment budgets effectively and strategically allocate resources for maximum impact.
* Represent the admissions team in high-level internal planning meetings and cross-departmental collaborations. Support efforts to enhance the visibility and reputation of the institution regionally and nationally.
* Identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements in technology, communications, events, and travel.
* Provide leadership, training, and professional development for the admission counseling and recruitment staff, fostering a high-performing, student-centered team.
* Serve as the right hand to the AVP, providing strategic counsel, trusted leadership, and the ability to step in with confidence when top-level decisions or representation are needed.
Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in college admissions or enrollment management.
* Demonstrated success in team leadership and strategic planning.
* Proven track record of supervising and developing senior-level staff.
* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of enrollment marketing, CRM systems, campus visit strategies, and data-informed recruitment practices.

This position is on site instruction only. To serve as Instructor of academic course as assigned by the Dean. Adjunct Faculty must follow the philosophy and mission of Quincy College. The Adjunct Instructor will maintain a competent level of performance and professional development in the position and carry out such job related duties as may be assigned.
The College is seeking qualified applicants to teach Psychology courses on ground at our Quincy and Plymouth campuses and online.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Provide high quality teaching/instructing to Quincy College students.
* Prepare a syllabus which conforms to Quincy College requirements including objectives, required assigned reading, and assessment methods;
* Attend classes as scheduled;
* Attend faculty meetings as requested and cooperate with any policy requests;
* Maintain a classroom environment that promotes discussion and respects each student;
* Adhere to the policies as set forth in the "Faculty Handbook", including, but not limited to attendance and make-up policy for missed classes, early dismissal, and final exams;
* Prepare in advance for each class, check adjunct faculty mailbox for important messages before each class, and communicate any changes in the course syllabus to the class as needed;
* Prepare and distribute "Notices of Concern" as needed in a timely manner;
* Promptly return all exams and homework giving students feedback on their work;
* Turn in all required paperwork in a timely fashion, including, but not limited to contracts, syllabi, class lists, attendance sheets, and final grades.

Requirements:
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree in the field or related field from an accredited college or university is required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* Teaching experience in the subject area at the college level required, preferably in a community college setting. Substantial working experience in the subject area is a plus
* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to education and working with a diverse student population
* Experience using technology in the classroom and/or for distance learning, and traditional/nontraditional methods of instruction
* Experience using multiple measures to assess student learning
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of Quincy College's certification program (Canvas, Quality Matters, TSR) for teaching or, in the sole determination of Quincy College, the equivalent of that program.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated academic excellence as well as compassion and enthusiasm for community college students. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to education and working with a diverse student population.
