We are seeking an experienced Paving Superintendent to oversee and manage paving projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, extensive site supervision experience, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. This role requires leadership in coordinating crews, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The Paving Superintendent will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency across all phases of paving operations. Duties Maximize operational productivity of paving crews by appropriately allocating personnel, equipment, and trucking for each paving project.
