Pros of working at Lackawanna College
Low pay, upper management not present, to gain employment you need to have a relative on staff; brother's sister's, cousins, husbands and wives everyone is related to someone, employees promoted without essential experience or degrees. Educationally, it's cheap but you get what you pay for, Spiraling downward
