Job Description:
Jefferson Community College is conducting a search for a Head Men's Lacrosse Coach. This is a part-time, stipend position to begin December 1, 2022. Recruitment will start immediately to field an intercollegiate team for the 2023-2024 season.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Overall development, organization, and administration of a men's lacrosse program including recruitment, player retention, coaching, program administration, public relations, budget development, monitoring and encouraging academic excellence, fund-raising, and ensuring compliance of the program within NJCAA rules and regulations.
Requirements:
Required: Associates Degree; three years of coaching; recruiting experience at the collegiate level; knowledge of men's lacrosse fundamentals; knowledge of national rules which govern community college athletics (NJCAA); ability to work with a diverse population; current New York State Driver's License; First Aid and CPR Certification; and ability to work well with others; or any equivalent combination of experience and education which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties.

Super Soccer Stars lacrosse coach job description
We are looking for responsible individuals who are passionate about teaching kids. TGA uses youth sports as the vehicle to teach kids ages 5-14 a skill, while incorporating education, character development, and proper etiquette. We do it in the comfort of their own school or community. We do all this while making FUN and SAFETY our two top priorities.
Coaches can work 1 days per week all the way to 7 days per week, getting 2-5 hours per day during the school year and up to 6+ hours during the summer.
We are looking for both lead and assistant coaches. Coaches must be at least 16 years of age. We train all staff on the TGA curriculum, so extensive coaching experience is not required.
We have programs year round and work with coaches' flexible schedules. We have programs all over Northern Westchester, and will do our best to schedule you close by where you would be driving from. We will compensate for travel if we ask you to drive more then 10 miles to a location.
