The Engineering & Maintenance Manager will be responsible for working with the Maintenance and Engineering Teams in developing, managing and leading a world-class maintenance organization for maintaining the Company's long-term competitiveness. This position requires the individual to demonstrate excellent team building, people management, and leadership skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, including face to face, written, and presentation, and excellent external and internal functional / cross-functional communications skills.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
Implement and control the maintenance budget, including for capital expenditures.
Responsible for preventive maintenance program, verification of work order completion, and management of maintenance technician's time on shift.
Responsible for ensuring repairs are completed, defect tag program is maintained, stockroom is sufficiently maintained at levels necessary
Responsible for the environmental compliance of the plant's equipment and environmental systems.
Responsible for the direction and management of the maintenance department and it's resources
Responsible for sound communication between the maintenance team and the engineering team, and with all internal customers to ensure a strong support system exists.
Responsible for ensuring adequate training of maintenance team, conducting performance evaluations, and managing discipline
May be required to travel for training and meetings

Candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require knowledge of HVAC equipment and major utility systems. Ability to progress and desire to learn of high importance.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
1. Performs routine preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment daily.
2. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment as needed.
3. Maintains equipment with respect to bearings, assembly, disassembly, power transmission, and lubrication.
4. Assist with general utilities, facilities and other work as needed.
5. Knowledge of computer software (CMMS) is helpful.
6. Expected to identify potential failures/issues and report these to the correct team members.
7. Works with Ammonia Refrigeration or Boiler mechanics when necessary to complete jobs/tasks.
8. Trains and learns most shop equipment and machinery.
9. When needed, effectively completes bench work utilizing common hand tools.
10. Learns to do rudimentary pipefitting of water, steam, and air lines with steel, plastic, and copper pipe materials.
11. If needed, assist upper class mechanic on major overhauls.
12. Attention to detail and accuracy in work required.
13. Clear communication abilities, written and verbal.
14. Always expected to work safely, identify hazards, and respond appropriately in all situations.

Position Description:
The Production Manager provides leadership and direction to the plant in areas of responsibility including administration, production, processing, packaging, scheduling, sanitation, quality, purchasing, safety and environmental. As an Assoc. Supply Chain Optimization Analyst, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to activities that drive continuous improvement and support project management efforts within the Logistics team. In addition, a primary responsibility will be for overall process management and end-to-end transacting of the freight claims work stream. The freight claims scope includes all inbound and outbound shipments that incur loss or damage. The Supply Chain Optimization Analyst would be responsible for the daily filing of claims, ongoing management of transactions throughout the reconciliation process and reporting of results. Also, perform routine data collection, data analysis, and performance reporting on Logistics department activities (Warehousing and Transportation), and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as a main point of contact for claims status updates/reporting, as well as training and guidance

Document processes / work instructions (“SOP”) in order to facilitate consistency and improved training
Collect data from various sources and develop reporting metrics (Key Performance Indicators - “KPI's”) with guidance of Supply Chain Optimization Manager to further improve operations.
Use data analysis tools such as Access, Excel, SQL, Visio, etc. to analyze, interpret and report results that drive improvement.
Provide analysis, reporting, and conclusions in a professional, well understood manner, appropriate to the audience.
Combine detailed process and data analysis to identify actionable solutions and improvements.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Digital Asset Management Intern, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to help accelerate the digital share of our portfolio of premium cheese brands, specifically Galbani, Président, Parmalat, Hoffman's and Black Diamond, publish . The role includes auditing and publishing the brands digital assets and information. Additionally, the Digital Asset Management Intern will collaborate with the Marketing to align duties with the company's goals and values.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather, organize, and catalog digital assets for easy access and retrieval.
• Publish products to retailers' e-commerce websites in collaboration with the Syndigo Team, our asset publishing provider.
• Ensure product information and images are up to date on publishing platforms including Salsify, Syndigo and Brandbank.
• Own the Content optimization projects including hero packs, carousel images and rich media, working closely with the respective Marketing Teams
• Audit our products on retailers' websites and flag any anomalies
• Work closely with the E-commerce Team to pull reports from Dataweave and Syndigo, our brands e-commerce health audit dashboard.
• Develop a powerpoint-friendly insights deck on brand health to be updated on a regular basis.

Summary: As an Environmental Specialist, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to coordinating and implementing the group policy at Buffalo site level. The coordinator will participate in improving the environmental approach within the site and facilitating the implementation of the ISO 14001 certification, monitoring the environmental action plan, ensuring the compliance with local laws and group standards are met, train and raise awareness among staff, perform site audits and promote best environmental practices to align duties with the company's goals and values.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Serve as an environmental resource for Lactalis employees.
* Lead environmental projects.
* Ensure the deployment of the environmental and energy policy / objectives / standards / tools.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements and be attentive to their development projects.
* Improve the site's environmental and energy documentation system.
* Ensure the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and certification ISO 14001.
* Conduct audits to ensure that the EMS is properly implemented and is effective.
* Implement the group policy on water management, wastewater losses, discharges management, chemical management, public and climate protection, waste management, soil and other pollution management.
* Perform audits, manages non-conformities, preventive, corrective actions and ensures monitoring of the progress of environmental action plans.
* Perform environment risk assessment, develop and follow up on the action plans.
* Define, monitor and communicate environmental and energy KPIs and other indicators including reporting data on the group environmental reporting system.
* Communication with the supervisory authorities and regulatory agencies.
* Develop and ensure the proper maintenance of the internal audit plan, Standard Operating Procedures, the emergency and communication plans.
* Train and Lead awareness sessions for employees.
* Review, analyzing and making recommendations on assigned topics.
* Perform Health and safety tasks as required.
* Perform department administrative tasks as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
