As a Supplier Quality and Food Safety Director LUSA, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to securing food safety & compliance of all LUSA suppliers (Raws & Packs, CoMan) with the Group QFS standards & FDA standard; to ensure Business Continuity & Reputation. Lead the transformation of Q&FS roadmap (WINSUP project) established by Corporate. Leverage the talent of existing Resources in LUSA to build a strong and efficient Quality Upstream team to deliver a solid QFS Supplier management program.
The role includes leading the transformation of the Food Safety Quality program for all upstream suppliers and Co-Manufacturers, driving synergies between internal resources across divisions. Additionally, the Supplier Quality and Food Safety Director LUSA will collaborate with Supplier quality corporate in Laval and network, Procurement team LUSA, R&D LUSA, suppliers, co-manufacturers and co-packers, quality manager of factories in LUSA to align duties with the company's goals and values.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the corporate Supplier Quality Department (SDQ); share audit reports; manage auditor qualifications; and ensure "no spec no buy" implementation in sourcing.
* Manage raw/packaging specifications, including validation, improvement, and annual risk assessment with stakeholders.
* Oversee supplier documentation, plan/prioritize audits based on risk, coordinate auditors, and conduct audits according to Group rules.
* Track QFS performance using KPIs; conduct performance reviews; collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues; and validate traceability systems.
* Contribute to strategic initiatives like dual sourcing; maintain updated supplier lists; and ensure regulatory compliance and anticipation of new regulations.
* Provide expertise and support on non-compliance, including root cause analysis and problem-solving, and approve suppliers on quality and food safety.
* Ensure full compliance with FDA and Lactalis SQMP standards; cultivate win-win relationships with suppliers; and maintain a robust QFS supplier management program focused on key metrics.
* Apply Group Supply Criticality and Food Fraud protocols; participate in creating supply specifications and defining analytical criteria; and develop/implement initiatives to enhance QFS culture.
* Manage crisis/alert and incident/withdrawal/recall procedures; establish an integrated QFS management system; and maintain close relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
* Oversee team health and safety; manage auditor work; handle staff management (onboarding, training, appraisal, development); utilize internal tools; and improve performance through skill development and communication.
Supervisor Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of Supplier QFS team across LUSA divisions in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

10. Monitors the amount of anti-caking agent added to the product consistent with departmental standard operating procedures. 11. Monitors the handling of the cellulose powder ensuring it is protected from foreign materials.
12. Maintains proper weight ranges of product when packaging. Stays within MAV.
13. Spot checks packages for errors in printing, color, registration, type setting, sharpness, clarity and print location.
14. Continuously monitor the oxygen content left in the finished product packages on an hourly basis and at start-up. Recheck after any mechanical adjustments.
15. Accurately performs and records in the metal detector log, daily schedule control log, operational log, package film report, package loss report, weight control tape, and O2 logs.

The Quality Assurance Intern will have the responsibility to manage the documentation upload and update in LAG customers and suppliers' portals within the Quality Assurance Department. Key responsibilities for this position include:
Capital Budget Management: Collaborate with facility staff to develop and submit capital appropriation requests for management approval, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and objectives.
Project Engineering and Management: Lead the development of project scopes, preliminary budgets, detailed cost estimates, equipment specifications, drawings, and bid documents. Manage engineering projects with internal and external resources to ensure they meet engineering requirements, quality standards, and are delivered on time and within budget.
Design and Development Oversight: Ensure that project designs meet all engineering criteria and deliver project objectives effectively and efficiently. Oversee the creation of detailed engineering documents including studies, calculations, drawings, plans and specifications.
Vendor Coordination: Work with equipment vendors to obtain and evaluate competitive proposals. Prepare purchase requisitions, review project-related engineering documentation for code compliance, and schedule equipment deliveries to meet project timelines.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all equipment and construction adhere to relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FDA, BRC, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, R&D, IT, Quality, Sanitation, Health & Safety, Legal, and other departments to integrate engineering solutions into broader company initiatives.
Field Installation and Commissioning: Oversee contractors and manage the field installation of processing systems. Ensure that equipment and workmanship meet or exceed project requirements, prepare reports, and manage change orders from start-up through commissioning.
Quality Assurance: Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests or Pre-Delivery Inspections at suppliers' sites as needed. Coordinate equipment start-up, commissioning, and training to ensure optimal performance.
Safety Leadership: Promote and support safety protocols for contractors and team members on all projects.
Flexibility: Be available for travel and extended or off-hours work as required by project demands.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, ensuring they align with the engineering focus of the role.

Experience using AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, SEE, and MS Project would be a plus.

Key responsibilities for this position include:
1. Analyzes and evaluates information concerning daily operations and how these results positively or negatively affect department performance. 2. Works with all departments to ensure proper adherence to GMP, GSP and QC policies and procedures and proper maintenance of equipment. 4. Participates in operating budget, goals, and objectives of the department and works toward meeting and/or exceeding these expectations. 6. Monitors punches and ensures there are sufficient personnel including temporary hours. 7. Completes all records and charting as required. 8. Meets regularly with shift supervisors and sanitation supervisor to stay informed about all issues arising in the department. 9. Conducts department employee meetings on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. 10. Performs administrative managerial duties in an accurate, timely and professional manner. (Phone calls, voice mail, paperwork, meeting presentations). 11. Responsible for hiring and scheduling required within the department, including temporary staff if necessary. 12. Actively works on the production floor to facilitate the exchange of data between various departments. 13. Maintains open communication with all employees including department managers. 14. Implement special projects and procedures as directed.

As an Energy Projects Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as, but not limited to, controlling costs by optimizing energy consumptions, supporting plants in their CAPEX and decarbonization plan. The role includes ensuring energy performance on plants is met regarding resources, skills, equipment's efficiency and energy management. Additionally, the Energy Project Manager will collaborate with plants utilities manager, plant manager, VP manufacturing, Control Managers, Procurement and CSR Directions to align duties with the company's goals and values.
